Missouri Made, Midwest Motivated

Founded in 2022, Couch Avenue is a midwestern production company attempting artistry at an affordable price. Our company seeks out commercial work to help local businesses and families accomplish their video-related goals, while also bringing in revenue to help fund narratively-driven passion projects. 

Our company shares the name of a Kirkwood street off the Big Bend exit from I-44. Famed production and distribution company A24 is similarly named after a highway in Italy.

Patrick J. Dwyer, Founder

Although he's only been freelancing since the age of 17, Patrick has loved holding a camera since he was young. His affinity for movies began as a child, when he watched Back to the Future merely three feet away from the television as a means of fully immersing himself in the experience. This might explain why he now wears contacts. In fourth grade, he filmed a social studies project with a Flip Video Camera, detailing the life and presidency of Herbert Hoover. At age 12, he would convince his sisters and friends to act in short films that he then posted to YouTube.
